Fidelity Information Services, LLC (“FIS,” “we,” or “us”) makes this website for Atelio™ products and services, and its content, features, technologies, and functions (collectively, the “Site”), including a non-production version of Application Programing Interface(s) and Software Development Kit(s) (collectively, “APIs”), available to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of and access to the Site and APIs. Your access to and use of Atelio.com is voluntary and is done entirely at your own risk. By accessing and using the Site, including its sub-sites and APIs (collectively “the Content”) you accept, without limitation, the following terms and conditions.

Gathering Information via the web

Information regarding website users is collected when the user voluntarily supplies this information when submitting forms on this website. Additional visitor information is collected when users access the site and browse to different pages, files and forms within our website.

Information gathered through forms available on this website differs depending on the application or purpose of the form. Whenever you submit personal information for a specific purpose, your information will be used for that purpose only. Basic user information that may be requested includes but is not limited to:

Sandbox Access

A non-production version of certain of Atelio’s products and services may be made available to you through this Site. For our products and services to be made available to you for commercial use, you must enter into a separate written agreement with us. These Terms do not govern your commercial use of our products and services through the Site. 

You will use and access (or attempt to access) the APIs only in accordance with their technical documentation and the then current developer policies (both as may be made available to you through our developer portal), and these Terms. You understand that we set and enforce limits on your use of the APIs (e.g., limiting the number of API requests that you may make), as further described in the documentation and developer policies. You agree to, and will not attempt to circumvent, such limitations. You agree that we may monitor your use of the APIs to enforce these limitations, ensure quality, improve our services, and otherwise ensure compliance with these Terms. If you would like to use the APIs beyond our published limitations, you must obtain our express consent, and we may decline such request or condition acceptance on your agreement to additional terms. We are not responsible for disruption to any of your existing integration(s) that occur as a result of you exceeding our API limitations.

We are under no obligation to provide support for the Site or APIs. In instances where we offer support, the support will be subject to published policies or a separate written agreement.
